So I haven’t actually used these guys yet, but I called to sell them a used oven today. Although they didn’t need it they were super courteous, professional and gave me some ideas to sell it (I was clueless as to who would buy an old oven). Most people would have just said “no” and hung-up. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them if I needed a refurbished appliance.
